Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Why ABA and Play-Based ABA Work
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a research-backed approach that helps individuals with autism, ADHD, and developmental disabilities build real-life skills—like communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and independence.
Play-based ABA makes learning fun and natural, especially for young children. By using play, routines, and everyday activities, we teach meaningful skills in ways that feel safe, engaging, and motivating. For teens and adults, ABA can support executive functioning, daily living, and social confidence in practical, age-appropriate ways.
Our approach is compassionate, collaborative, and always centered on the individual’s needs and strengths. Whether your child is just starting out or your teen needs support navigating friendships or routines, ABA offers a flexible, supportive path forward.
🧠 Why ABA Works for Teens and Adults
For Older Children, Adolescents & Adults
ABA can be just as effective for teens and adults—especially when tailored to their age, goals, and preferences. We use behavior-based strategies to help with:
Social confidence
Coping and emotional regulation
Executive functioning
Life and job skills
Independence at home or in the community
Sessions are collaborative and respectful. We empower each client to set meaningful goals, make choices, and gain real-world skills they can use in school, work, and everyday life.
ABA for teens and adults is flexible, practical, and focused on long-term success—not just short-term change.
🧩 Why ABA, Play-Based ABA, and ESDM Work
For Toddlers, Preschoolers & Children
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a proven way to help children with autism, ADHD, and developmental disabilities build everyday skills like communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
For young learners, we use play-based ABA and the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)—a developmentally appropriate, relationship-focused method for children ages 1–4. These sessions are fun, engaging, and rooted in connection. By following your child’s natural interests, we create a positive space for growth that feels safe and joyful.
Our goal is to help each child learn in a way that feels natural and meaningful—while supporting the whole family along the way.
